Extended meeting of the St. Petersburg House of Nationalities Coordination Board.
The program Tolerance 2011-15 was discussed in detail during the extended meeting of the St. Petersburg House of Nationalities coordination board on the 28th of June. Representatives of national and cultural autonomies, unions, expatriates' communities, members of the St. Petersburg Foreign Relations Committee and the St. Petersburg House of Nationalities took part in the discussion.

Gala concert timed to the 300 years anniversary of the Armenian community in St.Petersburg
On the 20th of June during celebration of 300 years of the Armenian community in St.Petersburg a gala concert took place in the St.Petersburg Academic Philharmonic Hall named after A.A. Shostakovich.

Ysyakh 2010 on the Neva river bank
The national Yakut festival Ysyakh welcoming the summer season took place on the 13th of June in the picturesque park Olgino near St. Petersburg. More than 500 people took part in the celebration. Among visitors were representatives of St. Petersburg Administration, members of Yakut Diaspora in St. Petersburg, students and postgraduates from Yakutia, studying in St. Petersburg universities, and also a large delegation from Suntar Ulus.

Sporting and cultural festival We Are Together took place on 30th of May in St.Petersburg. It is held every year by the St. Petersburg House of Nationalities together with national and cultural city associations within the framework of the project with the same name - the St. Petersburg House of Nationalities.

2nd St. Petersburg Forum of young compatriots living abroad and workers of foreign Russian-language mass media
Within the framework of the St. Petersburg Program on the Implementation of State Policy concerning the Russian Compatriots Living Abroad for 2008-2010, on May 24-27 St.Petersburg hosted the III International Forum of young compatriots who live abroad and workers of foreign Russian-language mass media.

National culture festival Slavonic Fair
National culture festival Slavonic Fair took place on the 15th of May in the 300 Anniversary Park (address: St. Petersburg, Primorskij prospect, 74). Children and youth centre Youth Creative Forum Kitezh-plus was an initiator of the event with support and active collaboration of the St. Petersburg Primorsky district administration, St. Petersburg Primorsky district municipal foundations, St. Petersburg Municipal Improvements and Road Management Committee, the St. Petersburg House of Nationalities, St. Petersburg national and cultural organizations and associations.

Compatriots take part in celebration of the 65th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War.
A number of events dedicated to the 65th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War were organized in St. Petersburg on May 6-10. 107 compatriots who arrived from 24 countries (Abkhazia, Austria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belorus, Bulgaria, Georgia, Denmark, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, USA, Tadjikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Finland, Germany, Sweden, Czech Republic, France and Estonia) took part in them along with citizens of St. Petersburg.
