Development of business partnership takes a special place and is one of priority directions in work of « SPb HN ».

Forming and expansion of partner communications, contacts and mutually advantageous cooperation of « SPb HN » are directed on development of intercultural dialogue and strengthening of interethnic attitudes through социо-cultural, cultural, spiritually-moral, legal, educational and other spheres of a public life. Operating in this direction, « SPb HN » aspires to achievement of the following purposes:

  • Actively to cooperate and develop mutually advantageous contacts to national public associations and этноорганизующими structures of SPb which are the important resource for realization of national policy, providing steady development of a multinational megacity;
  • Priority to form and expand partner attitudes with administrative-territorial structures - administrations and institutions of local government of SPb, cultural and educational establishments, youth associations;
  • In the general format of business relations to support and develop cooperation with various structures, the organizations and establishments of the state, public and private legal status, both city and Russian, and foreign.

Partners of « SPb HN » are presented by following basic groups:

  • National-cultural associations of SPb - interethnic associations, NCAs, NCCs.;
  • State enforcement authorities,
  • City administrative-territorial structures (administrations of areas SPb, institutions of local government);
  • Public organizations,
  • Scientific, educational and cultural establishments of city,
  • Mass media,
  • Commercial structures, whose activity is totally or partially connected to the problems, concerning ethnic sphere, interethnic attitudes, education of tolerance in the city, thematic supply with information, and exchange of experience on work in the given directions;
  • Management and teaching collectives of high schools with an ethno-cultural component and general educational high schools of various areas SPb, the centers of youth creativity, the psychologycal-pedagogical-medical-social centers, cultural establishments for adults and youth, regional and city libraries;
  • Foreign structures and organizations, connected to the sphere of activity of « SPb HN »and supporting its actions.

Practice of cooperation and partnership of « SPb HN » has shown, that addition of resources of various structures and organizations (state, public, commercial) is effective and gives opportunities for solving the problems such as: support of various national cultures, languages, customs and traditions; education of young generation in spirit of tolerance; an exchange of scientific and practical experience; strengthening of friendship and mutual understanding in a multinational and polycultural Petersburg society; expansion of business ties between representatives of all social spheres.
